These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase you (the “Customer”) make from, Fusion Energy Planners, Inc.'s website (the “Website”) and constitute an agreement between Fusion Energy Planners, Inc. (the “Company”) and the Customer. You agree that these Terms and Conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between you and the Company. Please read carefully, and if you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, do not use the Website. The Company reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of the Website at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Website. If you continue to use the Website following the publication of its changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the Terms and Conditions that apply to your use of the Website. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Website.



The Website describes the products with the purpose to inform, but such information is not intended to replace your personal research or investigation regarding the products. We recommend you perform your own research and consult a professional engineer or an expert on the subject before making a final buying decision. The Company always tries to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products, pricing, pictures, links and any other product information published in our Website. Yet, possible human error can happen; as such, we cannot ensure that all information on the Website is completely exact, up to date, or that the Company is at fault for these possible errors.



Once you make an order we do our best to process it within approximately two business days. However, we cannot guaranty all orders will be processed in that time frame due to variable factors. At the same time, shipping times may vary depending on the country, place, stock availability, and other reasons or situations beyond our control. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us to verify the expected ship date.



Any products that are unavailable at the time of your order will be placed on backorder. We will ship the rest of the order to you, and as soon as we receive the products on backorder, we will ship them to you as well. Please, be aware that we do not have control over possible manufacturers delays caused by high demand, temporary unavailability of raw materials, natural occurrences, or other causes. Furthermore, the Company is not responsible for delays in the availability of items and/or shipping delays caused by third parties such as manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or natural occurrences. If you are interested in solar equipment that is currently on backorder, contact us to verify when the item will be available. It is possible that an item may go unavailable before we are able to post a notification on the Website. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options.


We reserve the right to modify our prices at our sole discretion without further notice. If the price of an item is reduced after your purchase, due to a promotion or for any reason, no refund or price adjustment will be made.

Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Website due to system, human, technical, typing or any other mistake. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. In those cases, The Company at its sole disposition will have the authority to reject or nullify any order for that product and modify, rectify or withdraw the faulty information. If the listed price of a product is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Please do not forget to acknowledge and recognize that you, our esteemed client, are in the end responsible for any purchase decision you make.



We exclusively sell equipment for renewable energy systems. Such equipment is tax-exempted in the commonwealth of Puerto Rico. However, prices quoted for merchandise may not include any applicable taxes in other states or countries. The following states: CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, MA, MD, NV, NM, OH, PA, TX, VT, WA and Canada, and other countries may be subject to applicable state/country or goods taxes unless the buyer can provide a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate. If your state or country requires sales tax for internet transactions it is your responsibility to do so.



Security is an utmost priority for the Company. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted for your safety. Your information is handled with the highest level of security.



This website may contain links to other sites. The Company may not be held accountable for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We recommend our users to be conscious of when they exit our Website and to read the privacy statement of any other Website that gathers personally identifiable information.



We do not accept returns unless we made a mistake. In that case, the product may be returned within fifteen days of its receipt. You must return the items in the original packaging in new and resalable condition with the original pamphlets, warranty card, and all accessories. Provided the merchandise is returned in such perfect condition, you will receive a credit towards your account. If any component of the returned product is missing, if there is damage or the product has been used, the return procedure is breached, and the Company may reject the return or may choose to impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component and/or shipping charges. Before returning the product, you must obtain an RMA #. You can request an RMA # by email at fusionenergypr@gmail.com.



Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between the Company and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico without regard to its conflicts of law rules.
